As a Senior Cybersecurity Manager, I lead a team dedicated to defending the critical network infrastructure of research and education institutions across the state. My operational focus is grounded in strategic risk management, threat mitigation, and the realities of defending SLED environments operating under strict resource constraints.

I recently completed my doctoral research, which investigates the Cyber Hygiene approaches of K-12 technology directors. By leveraging Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis and the Health Belief Model, my work deconstructs the human-centric variables that dictate why systemic vulnerabilities persist in educational networks despite established security protocols.
